Bernadette Han holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach who keeps People and Profit in mind when designing Human Capital and Organization Development (OD) solutions. She is informed by science, experience, and practice. Her tools are kept sharp and she continuously learns new models, tools, and approaches so her clients have choices and receive tailored, up-to-date service.

Bernadette's Journey
​Bernadette worked her way up the corporate ladder from the ground floor. She ran a sole proprietorship in coaching and consulting years ago to remain sharp as a practitioner but has decided to launch her LLC to help leaders lead well and help people find their way on their work/life journey, honing in on the intersectional sweet spot between passions and abilities that will benefit others and the world.​ She has successfully driven leadership KPIs, executive coaching, succession planning, and talent & culture programs using data-driven approaches, thought leadership, and influence.
She’s a builder of Learning Cultures through coaching top-tier management teams to improve metrics and Tech stack choices, achieving NPS benchmarks above industry, and high-performance global Talent Management (TM), Learning (L&D), and Organization Development (OD) functions to achieve desired business outcomes.

Bernadette enjoys playing the piano, singing, playing the drums, swimming slowly, riding motorcycles and scooters carefully, salsa dancing, praying, and lingering with family and friends over a yummy meal.
